VENDOR SPACE AVAILABILE
. Space is available for two BBQ food vendors.
. Priority will be given to KCBS Competition teams.
. Vendor permits will be available on an 80/20% split.
. Barbeque tickets will be used for ALL transactions.
. There will be NO Cash sales of food or beverages to the general public.
Redemption check for tickets will be mailed within 5 business days following the event.
Set-up begins on Friday 6 a.m. Tear down after 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
Local and state health codes must be adhered too.
You will be required to show proof of Oceana County Health Department vending permit upon check-in. Inspection by Oceana Health Dept. will be Friday noon.
15 Amp service on site,
Portable generators allowed only if they pass noise decibel test.

Special food vendors will be considered if they do not compete with the BBQ vendors as main meals. Examples: candy apples, ice cream, roasted nuts and pop corn, elephant ears, fudge, etc.
Submit with application your menu selections plus pricing.
Your menu display board must reflect number of tickets not dollars.
Round prices to the nearest dollar. Ticket value is $1
Last years event was visited by approximately 7000 curious spectators. We are projecting a very excited and hungry crowd this year.
Friday night was a good night for all vendors as there was a Bluegrass band playing some fine music and hungry people.
You can setup and vend on Friday if you want as there will be some curious people in attendance. The big crowd is expected Saturday but who can tell, you have done this before, A Buck is a Buck!
